The S21 FE was unveiled today at CES 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. It seems to be a light and pleasant smartphone with a user experience fit for 2022. The manufacturer opted to forsake the aluminum body in favor of plastic for this model this year.
Gorilla Glass Victus with IP68 certification protects the smartphone’s flat surface without curvature. It has a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with broad margins in Full HD Plus (2340x1080px). Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE retains the Exynos 2100 from the S21 and replaces it with a Snapdragon 888, the year’s top-of-the-line processor. Depending on the configuration, it will be supported by 6 to 8 GB of RAM and 128 to 256 GB of storage.
The Samsung S21 FE has the same 4500 mAh battery as the S20 FE in battery life and charging. On the other hand, there is better on the charging side. The power supply is increased from 15 to 25 watts. Its wireless charging capacity is 15 W. Wireless charging is also included in reverse charging.
The Galaxy S21 FE has the same camera setup as the S20 FE, with a 12-megapixel primary sensor with dual pixels, which should boost portrait mode and night shooting and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and an 8-megapixel optical Zoom X3. On the other hand, the selfie sensor has been upgraded to 32 megapixels.
