Hisense unveils the world’s first 8K 120 Hz Laser TV at CES 2022

Hisense has revealed the LX8K and a host of Mini-LED TVs at the CES 2022 keynote during its presentation. The LX8K is the first model to provide 8K resolution at 120 frames per second. The model is set to debut in 2023 for the princely sum of 15 000 euros.

Hisense’s spectacular announcement isn’t the only thing it’s bringing to CES 2022. The Chinese company also used the occasion to promote their 77R1 roll-up TV Laser. The 77R1 is an actual design element since it is kind.

The video projection module and the screen are housed in this piece of furniture. According to Hisense, once switched on, the screen opens and provides an experience akin to the TriChroma Laser TV.

The manufacturer has also included a Harman Kardon sound system that is compatible with DTS:X, DTS-HD, and Dolby Audio. The brand is also expanding its Laser TV lineup with the PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema.

This is a 4K projector with an ultra-short focal length that employs the exact TriChroma mechanism as the L9G series, except that the PX1-Pro can alter the picture size from 90 to 130 inches.
