How to Move WhatsApp Photos From Android to Pc.

Sending photos, videos, and even documents over WhatsApp is ubiquitous and part of our daily lives. We rarely save WhatsApp Photos on our PC due to laziness. What if we misplace our phones or run out of storage space? We may have to learn how to transfer WhatsApp Photos to PC frequently. 

Transfer All WhatsApp Photos from Android to PC

  • Connect your Android phone to your computer and launch File Explorer.
  • Expand This PC in the File Explorer window, then choose your Android Phone in the left pane and double-click on Phone in the right pane.
  • Navigate to Android > Media > com from the following screen.
  • Whatsapp > Media > Whatsapp Transfer the WhatsApp Images Folder to your desktop.
  • Allow all WhatsApp images to be downloaded to your PC.

Transfer Selected WhatsApp Photos from Android to PC

  • Connect your Android phone to your computer and launch File Explorer.
  • Expand This PC in the File Explorer window, then choose your Android Phone in the left pane and double-click on Phone in the right pane.
  • Navigate to Android > Media > com.WhatsApp > Whatsapp > Media > WhatsApp Images > from the next screen. Choose the photos you want to save to your desktop.
  • After you’ve chosen your photos, right-click on any of them and choose Copy.
  • Paste the photos into any folder on your computer by opening an empty folder, right-clicking within it, and selecting the Paste option.

The photos you’ve chosen will be moved to an empty folder on your computer.

Transfer WhatsApp Photos from Android to PC using Gmail.

Another method for transferring WhatsApp photos to the computer is to email the photos to yourself and then download them from your Gmail account to your computer.

  • Open WhatsApp and navigate to the Chat from which you wish to transfer photos to your computer.
  • Once in the Chat, hit the 3-dot icon in the top-right corner and pick More from the drop-down menu.
  • Then, select the Export Chat option.
  • Select the Include Media option from the pop-up menu.
  • Select Gmail from the Sharing button that opens and follow the directions to send this WhatsApp chat along with photos to your email address.
  • Then, sign in to your email account, open the email containing the WhatsApp images, and select the download option, as available in Gmail.
