The App gap in all Windows Phone is expected to be eliminated in by the end of next year, says the head of Microsoft’s Windows Phone.
Well, waiting for a whole year to get an app that’s on android phone has is not worth the wait, but they have made an effort because so far the list has become smaller since the beginning of the Windows platform.
In a message on his twitter account, Windows Phone boss, Joe Belfiore wrote that they will “look back on the end of 2014 as the ending of the app-gap for Windows Phone.” He added grandly that “the 3rd ecosystem is decidedly here!”
The gap has closed markedly in recent weeks, and the launch of Instagram on the WP OS today filled a much sought after gap in the app marketplace.
