Uganda has a new state owned website which is up and running, the government is inviting all the Ugandan citizens to log on to www.gov.ug to access the country’s web portal.
With this website, the government gets an easy avenue to give information to the public from its institutions to the general public
This portal will host all government institutions and will help the public to access information from all the Government departments which has been a challenge previously.
The Government web portal is a one stop information centre where the public can access Government information, would-be investors can learn more about opportunities in the country, and tourists can find information about local attractions.
