Brightermonday rwOne Africa Media’s BrighterMonday has launched in Rwanda in a move to help everyone in Rwanda get jobs or hire brilliant employees in the country, as internet penetration grows.

Founded in Kenya in 2006 and operating in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda completes it’s East African expansion in a move the site aims to give East Africa’s job seekers and employers opportunities which they might otherwise not have heard of or come across. The One Africa Media backed job site offers services that facilitate applications for employment and does not directly offer employment to jobseekers; and doesn’t guarantee employment but it’s sole purpose is to provide a platform for both jobseekers and employers to advertise and apply for jobs and manage responses for their clients/subscribers on the website.

BrighterMonday is not a recruitment agency and doesn’t conduct interviews on behalf of its clients/subscribers and do not meet jobseekers. All jobs on BrighterMonday are advertised by employers and not BrighterMonday. One cannot apply for a job by sending their CV to BrighterMonday. The site is free of charge and users can create a free account, search and apply for jobs or submit their CV on the site to help them quickly apply for jobs on the site. The resume will be sent to the employer who will handle the hiring process.
