everjobsRocket Internet’s Everjobs just went live in Uganda, a few weeks after we announced its Cameroon , Senegal and Ivory Coast launch in a move to achieve Oliver Samwer’s dream of world domination by becoming the biggest Internet platform in emerging markets.

Everjobs aims to connect the best talent with top companies around the world and Uganda is just its second stop as the firm targets Angola and Mozambique next. It’s heavily hiring to fill in MD positions. It’s biggest competition in Uganda will be One Africa Media’s BrighterMonday and New Vision’s Jobs.co.ug.

“At Everjobs we believe in great people. Every individual has a unique set of skills. All it takes is the right match between talented people and great employers. Our mission is to enable these connections through our platform in the easiest and fastest way possible. Together we build careers,” the firm announced.

Rocket Internet’s Everjobs is looking for experienced Country Manager candidates to fill the positions in Mozambique and Angola so they help build and then lead a highly professional and dynamic sales and operations team and lead their own operational and strategic actions.
The MDs will  directly manage your operational and commercial team and lead Everjobs to a fast growth. They will also coordinate their own ground team but will rely on Rocket Berlin for Online Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, technology among others. Their major tasks is to deliver measurable results, drive activity analysis and ensure regular reporting of their actions and results.
