As every year at this time of year, Apple is holding the opening keynote of its WWDC tonight from 8 pm. As a reminder, the video format has been put in place by the Cupertino firm for the 2020 edition, leaving the podium of the Steve Jobs Theater for drone shots and many faces throughout Apple Park.
True to its habits, Apple invites us once again to its software grand-mass of the year, presenting the following versions of iOS, iPad, macOS and others.
Software, applications and maybe more?
The WWDC keynote serves as the opening of the week dedicated to developers attached to Apple brand platforms. Thus, Apple should present the future of its operating systems for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV.
On several occasions, WWDC also allowed Apple to unveil new products, such as the Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR in 2019. This year it is difficult to say with certainty that the Cupertino firm will lift the veil on its advances in its transition to Apple Silicon. Still, several rumours are already pointing to the potential announcement of the new MacBook Pro.
The event is already live right now through the video at the top of the article.
