Do you expect Android 12 to land on your smartphone sooner? Well, as per information from Googles internal document that found its way on the web, the chance of the OS being dispatched sooner than expected is very high.

Googles new Operating system(Android 12) has taken longer to be dispatched as usual. The tech giant usually rolls out the latest versions of its OS in September, specifically during the first week of this month. This was notably the case of Android 11, deployed on September 8th, 2020. But the twelfth version of the operating system is, as of September 13th, still not available

Google has not conveyed a particular date for the announcement of the Android 12 in the coming weeks, if not days in particular. However, an internal document from the firm clarifies more details in Particular. Mishaal Rahman(Editor-in-Chief at XDA Developers), via his tweet, shows that the table presents a progression of dates regarding variants 10, 11 and particularly 12 of Android.

If this is true, then it means that Android 12 will be launched on October 4th. The launch date of the previous two versions matches precisely around the Android 12 release day. Even despite being very difficult to analyse the document, it still fits very well with an internal leak.

Beta 5 is still in the testing phase

The fifth beta test of Android 12 was dispatched by google on September 8th, thus supposedly the final examination for this OS. Remember that Google has been trying the Public test of  Android 12 since May this year. Therefore everything is based on the absence of significant bugs and stability of the OS in this most recent version. Exploiting some other information in this document, new Smartphones using the  Android ten will be dispatched from December 31st next year, and for  Android 12th, it will come before December 31st in 2023.

According to the tweet from XDA’s editor in chief, the latest security upgrades for Android 12 will be conducted on March 32st 2025. The question is will Google stick to this calendar? Albeit let us wait until they comment on that, but it will be amazing to see its most expected high end smartphoneS the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, running on Android 12
