Today, the Poco company unveiled the low-cost Poco M5 smartphone. A gadget with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory costs $ 155 in India, while a more premium model costs $ 180 and has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory.
The IPS screen on the Poco M5 has a Full HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz frame rate. An 8-megapixel camera is housed in the teardrop-shaped cutout of the tempered glass Gorilla Glass that covers the matrix. Three modules make up the primary camera, and each module has a sensor with a megapixel resolution of 50 (Samsung ISOCELL JN1), 2 (for macro photography), and 2 (for scene depth analysis).
The 6-nanometer Helio G99 is the hardware foundation for the Poco M5. Two Arm Cortex A76 cores running at 2.2 GHz and six Arm Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0 GHz make up this processor. LPDDR4X is the RAM type, while UFS 2.2 is the flash memory type. Memory expansion is possible with a microSD slot.
A conventional headphone socket, an IR emitter, stereo speakers, and a Bluetooth 5.3 connection are also included in the design. The casing is constructed of plastic. The gadget measures 164 x 76.1 x 8.9 mm and weighs 201 grams.
