develoPPP Ventures, implemented by DEG Impulse on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is offering startups in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and Tanzania an opportunity to expand their impact-driven companies.
These startups have the chance to receive a grant investment of up to EUR100,000 (US$107,000).
The program aims to provide entrepreneurial support and grants to empower startups in these countries.
The latest cohort of develoPPP Ventures is now accepting applications from startups in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and Tanzania.
The program seeks startups with innovative business models that have a sustainable economic, ecological, or social impact within these countries.
As part of BMZ’s commitment to promoting female empowerment, the program particularly encourages women-led startups and those that promote gender equality to apply.
To be eligible for the growth investment grant, startups applying to develoPPP Ventures should have already demonstrated a proof of concept and be prepared for scaling their operations.
The program is currently accepting applications until June 30. Interested startups can apply here.
