Using Gmail
- To save the email as a PDF, open it.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select “Print” from the dropdown menu.
- In the print dialog box, select “Save as PDF” from the “Destination” dropdown menu.

Using Outlook

- To save the email as a PDF, open it.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the “Reply” button.
- Choose “Print” from the menu of activities.
- To open the share sheet on the preview screen, pinch out the preview image with two fingers.
- Using the share sheet, choose “Save to Files”.
- After selecting the desired location for the PDF’s storage, click “Save.”
Using Android
- To save the email as a PDF, open it.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, there are three vertical dots. Tap on them.
- Choose “Print” from the option that drops down.
- Choose “Save as PDF” from the “Printer” dropdown menu in the print dialog box.
