Zambia’s social security service provider, Zambia National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has launched a new service provision called MyNAPSA Electronic Service Delivery facility that is expected to heighten its directive in the country.
The new online service is set to improve compliance by employers in the country in terms of their submission of monthly contributions for employees.
MyNAPSA service will enable member employees to readily access their contribution statements anytime online.
In addition to that, the online service facility will allow NAPSA members to communicate with NAPSA over any concerns they may have online through the feedback menu of the MyNAPSA service facility.
Having been pleased by the introduction of the new service, Labor and Social Security Minister Fackson Shamenda warned NAPSA to “desist from venturing into wasteful investments”.
The minister also applauded NAPSA for winning the prestigious award for being the best overall exhibit and Best Non-Banking Financial institution at this year’s Agriculture and Commercial Show.
NAPSA Director General Charles Mpundu reaffirmed his company’s commitment to ensuring quality service provision to NAPSA members in the country.
