SLOK Nigeria has signed an MOU with Toro-Atlantic Global Limited FZE China, in order to set up its new joint-venture in Nigeria. This means more jobs for the youth, promoting technological and skills transfer as well as development of local content.
They key engagement of this agreement is ICT High-tech as well as Home Appliances manufacturing in the country; involving the building of manufacturing plants of computers, mobile phone, tablet and laptop among others in three major cities in the country.
Toro-Atlantic Global limited is operated in Dubai globally and it has impressive and abundant manufacturing facilities in Africa as well as in China, its business group product portfolio includes smart phone, tablet, laptop, air-condition and refrigerator.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Orji Kalu, founder of SLOK Holding, and FZE Tiger Li, vice chairman of Toro-Atlantic Global Limited, and authorized by Toro-Atlantic Global Limited FZE Alex Asiedu.
In the event was Executive Manager of Toro-Atlantic Global Limited FZE Thomas Cheng, Operation Director of Toro-Atlantic Global Limited FZE Henry Li, Marketing Director of Toro-Atlantic Global Limited FZE Cindy Wang, Special Assistant to the Chairman and Legal Adviser of Toro-Atlantic Business Group Tong Fan.
