Botswana is the world’s most profitable investment opportunity

Foreign Policy magazine’s 2014 Baseline Profitability Index (BPI) assesses levels of profitability and pretax returns on investment in 112 countries covering 3 thematic areas. Sub-Saharan Africa’s (SSA) attractiveness for investment is strong, with Botswana leading the world with a BPI score of 1.31, outscoring Hong Kong (1.22), Taiwan (1.20), Singapore (1.18) and South Korea (1.08). Ghana (1.16) and Rwanda 1.15) also feature in the top 10 list ranked 7^th and 8^thplace globally and outscore China, Brazil and Russia. Read more here…
