1920289_10152296688655056_841613869_nOur friend and Konga’s PR Manager, Ifeanyi Abraham has today said he’s leaving Konga to join payment processing platform, Etranzact Limited after a year at Konga.com as a PR manager.

In an email, Ifeanyi said, “I am officially writing to inform you of my decision to take up a role managing Public Relations for Nigeria’s first award winning multi-application and multi-channel electronic transaction switching and payment processing platform, Etranzact Limited.”

His leaving Konga doesnt mean more bad news but the young man definately wants to build his career in the online space in major industries he believes are interdependent and all significant. It’s kinda a study tour for him.

“I believe there are three major industries that tech companies/successful online businesses in Nigeria will come from, they are Media, Retail and Payments, and I am happy to have worked with Jason Njoku of iROKOtv and Sim Shagaya of Konga.com, and now have the opportunity to redefine the payments industry with Valentine Obi and the Etranzact team,” he said.

He has no bad blood with Sim Shagaya and the entire Konga.com team which he says has respect for praising them for support and love all through the time. Ifeanyi says he has gained knowledge working for the online retail giant; after his stint at Njoku’s base.

“I have gained from working in the media and retail sectors which interface heavily with the payments sector will help in bringing real innovation and I want to promise that I will try as much as I can to help ensure this,” he concluded. Ifeanyi was in charge of PR, marketing and external communications.

We wish him the best!

Disclosure: Ifeanyi is part of the TechMoran family.
