The Company’s product and solution portfolio includes IP phones, Session Border Controllers (SBC), Multi-Service Business Routers (MSBR), media servers as well as mobile communications solutions, amongst others.

Q-KON SA has reinforced this industry alliance by establishing itself as a training partner, equipped to deliver AudioCodes branded training sessions. The training is sourced through The AudioCodes Academy which offers a comprehensive set of technical training courses for partners and customers.

By providing several levels of certification, distinct training programs and a combination of theory and hands-on studies, the academy is built to help system integrators, resellers, and distributors equip their people with the necessary skills to deploy and maintain AudioCodes networking technology in the field.

The Q-KON SA AudioCodes Specialised Training Centre offers two AudioCodes Certified Training Programmes: AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA) and AudioCodes Certified Professional (ACP).

ACA is first level certification which combines elementary and intermediate training divided into two distinct paths – Microsoft Lync Career Path and E-SBC Career Path. ACP is built on top of the ACA certification and includes in-depth training in a selected program to guide users on one of two paths.

Tjaart de Wet, Managing Director of Q-KON SA, explains that the training is targeted at technical professionals including system engineers, network architects, consultants and integrators.

“These professionals are directly involved and responsible for the planning, design, implementation and management of Microsoft Lync networks. Learners must have a minimum of one year practical experience in core technologies including VoIP and SIP networking architecture, IP networking and SIP control protocol signalling stack,” de Wet continues.
