Use shortcut keys
Press the “Windows + PrtScr” shortcut key on your keyboard to use this method.
The screen flashes as the image are captured. You will therefore locate a screenshot in the Pictures folder under Screenshots subfolder, where screenshots are instantly secured.
Take the Windows Edge Screenshot
Once on the page you choose to make a screenshot, press PEN ICON on the right.
The new bar at the top right of the screen will pop up.
Users can quickly crop and also save parts of the web page, make annotations, share and email, and eventually save on the clicking the Floppy Drive icon. Screenshots taken from Microsoft Edge are stored in OneNote, Favourites or Reading List.
Take Screenshots with Snipping Tools
The Snipping Tool has been part of the Windows system for a long time.
Snipping tool can take screenshots of an open window, a rectangular area, a free-form area, or the whole screen.
- In the search box, click the Start menu button and type “Snipping Tool”
- After you have access to the Snipping Tool in the search result, launch it.
- Click the New button, and then you can take a screenshot.
