Come this may 12,2021. Asus will be preparing to release its flagship model, the Zenfone 8 series. However, the Zenfone series may not surprise the public as we already have a glimpse of what the phone would look like. Thanks to the leaks from Ishan Agarwal.
According to Ishan, the manufacturer will now present at least two mobile phones(The Zenfone 8 and the Zenfone 8 flip). Each is quite special since the first is a compact Android phone, while the second has a rotating photo module.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip is set to be the successor of the ASUS ZenFone 7 Pro announced last year. The model is equipped with a powerful camera sensor that allows rotation between the rear and front sensors hence the flip camera.MKBHD, a famous American YouTuber, described the phone as the best photophone in the year 2020.
Also, Ishan Agarwal adds the models will be equipped with the latest SoC in the market right now, the Qualcomm 888, supported by 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256GB external storage. Furthermore, we expect to see a 6.67-inch FHD AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The latter will be powered by a 5000 mAh battery, compatible with 30W wired fast charging. There will be a 64MP primary sensor on the photo side, a 12MP ultra wide-angle sensor, and an 8MP telephoto lens. It cannot be considered a featherweight since it would weigh no less than 230 grams and 9.5 mm thick.
THE ASUS ZENFONE 8 IS A SMARTPHONE IN “MINI” FORMAT
If you initially thought that ASUS would unveil a smartphone called “ZenFone 8 Mini”, the compact model is ultimately the classic ZenFone 8. It has a small screen of 5.92 inches FHD, making it the smallest high-end Android smartphone of 2021. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor, backed by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 4000 mAh battery is generous for its small size, and it is also 30W compatible.
Its design is not a surprise. A hull manufacturer had already unveiled it. On the back are two photosensors, a 64MP camera and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. You should note that the smartphone will retain a 3.5 mm jack, a feature that is rare on phones in 2021. Finally, it would weigh only 170 grams for 9 mm thick.
