It is Now true: Xiaomi is about to launch new smartphones of the Mi 11T series. The top model of the next Xiaomi flagship series will be called Mi 11T Pro, as now two concrete tracks prove.
Suppose you have been, Techmoran die-hard fan. In that case, I Am sure that you have come across the term “Mi 11T” once, on the occasion of the FCC certification of a new Xiaomi smartphone with the model number 2107113SG, but at that time still without official confirmation of the name. The leaker, who had discovered the information at the US authority, already suspected at the time that this new Xiaomi phone for the global market – recognizable by the “G” at the end of the number – could be a variant of the Mi 11T series, and was correct.
Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro already spotted in Malaysia, and the IMEI database
The name “Mi 11T Pro” seemed twice within a few hours in records, on the one hand in the IMEI database, as the screenshots above show, but on the other hand also at a certification authority called SIRIM in Malaysia. The latter provides a little more information about the new flagship, which will probably rely on a processor of the Snapdragon 8xxx series, Snapdragon 888 or possibly Snapdragon 870. According to the SIRIM certificate, the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro is still based on MIUI 12.5 – MIUI 13 is delayed.
Further reliable references to the Mi 10T Pro successor are still missing. Even pictures are currently still in short supply. After all, we now know which LTE bands are supported in addition to Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth, and 5G support is certainly on board.
