That didn’t take long at all. OnlyFans has suspended its porn ban, which was set to take effect on October 1st. The company recently announced the new changes on Twitter, claiming that it had obtained the assurances required to support its diverse creator community.

OnlyFans announced last week that it was banning porn and other forms of sexually explicit content from its platform. This came completely unexpectedly and without warning, putting many sex workers’ careers in jeopardy.

The company eventually outlined new guidelines for what was and wasn’t permitted. However, many questions remained unanswered. No one knew why the ban was being implemented at the time.

Was it because OnlyFans was trying to raise funds, or was it because credit card companies didn’t want to be associated with pornographic companies? According to its CEO, we eventually discovered that it all came down to the banks.

According to a company spokesperson, “the proposed October 1, 2021 changes are no longer required due to banking partners’ assurances that OnlyFans can support all genres of creators.”

While OnlyFans rose to prominence largely due to its porn-friendly policy, the company has been looking to expand its reach. For example, it officially launched OFTV this month, a streaming app that does not include sexually explicit content, in part to gain distribution on platforms that do not allow porn. OFTV can be accessed via Android, iOS, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon’s Fire TV, Android TV, and Samsung Smart TVs.

OnlyFans has attracted some celebrities, with some of the most popular OnlyFans accounts including Bhad Bhabie, Cardi B, Jordyn Woods, Bella Thorne, Amber Rose, Blac Chyna, Rubi Rose, and Tana Mongeau.

That’s all there is to it. OnlyFans is once again a haven for porn fans and here is a list of the top OnlyFans accounts for your pleasure!
