It’s official: many OnePlus phones will upgrade to Android 12 in the near future. First and foremost, there are the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro. When Android 12 was released, OnePlus was one of the first companies to release a device.
OnePlus has officially released (in beta) Android 12 for its OnePlus 9 smartphone line. However, the flagship model will not be the only one to benefit from Google’s latest mobile OS, as a total of a dozen models will be able to upgrade to OxygenOS 12 in the near future.
The following devices, in addition to the OnePlus 9, will be affected “soon” by the Android 12 upgrade, according to the Chinese company:
- OnePlus 3
- OnePlus North
- OnePlus North CE
- OnePlus 7
- OnePlus 7T
- OnePlus 7T Pro
- OnePlus 7 Pro
- OnePlus 7 Pro
It’s still unclear when the final OxygenOS 12 upgrade will be released, as well as what new features this next generation of OS will bring to the OnePlus One.
