What next for Oppo? Early Last week, Oppo formalized the Oppoe reno 8 series, which includes two variants: the Oppo Reno 8 and the Oppo Reno 8 pro. At least as of the writing of this article, the smartphone can be accessed at various retailers in India as we wait for the launch in other Global Markets, Soon here in Kenya?
Both devices are unique and even pack amazing product sheets in theory and physically. The Reno 8 device takes advantage of its AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, replicating an excellent viewing experience. In addition, the model also sports 8GB of RAM backed by 128 GB of internal storage.
The smartphone features a 50-megapixel triple camera setup with a Sony IMX766 sensor on the back for the camera department. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
Finally, the device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery pack that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. Other goodies in its package include a piece of Enco X2 true wireless from the manufacturer, which offers active noise cancellation and call noise reduction functionalities.
Lastly, the Oppo reno 8 has been announced at a starting price of 29,999 INR 8GB + 128GB. The Price converts to an amount of about Ksh 44,658.15, which is relatively low than What oppo Kenya has been providing us with the previous generations of the Reno Series.
