One UI 5.0(Android 13) Arrives on Samsung Galaxy S22 Smartphones

In a few months, Google will be forced to release its latest Operating System for 2022/2023. Android 12 is its current Operating System, and Up to this point, a few brands are still yet to catch up with the developments of Android 12.

However, that has not stopped a few brands like Samsung from trying out Android 13 via its Beta Program. As of the writing of this article, it is mentioned that users of the Samsung Galaxy S22 will soon receive the most extensive software update of the year.

The patch is already available in Kenya via the beta program, so If you are using a Samsung Galaxy S22,  S22 +, or a Galaxy S22 Ultra, you already have the option to install the update.

Samsung has so far hardly commented on what innovations users can expect from the most significant update of the year. Still, some rumors suggest that Samsung has revised the user interface in many places so that, for example, notifications are displayed more clearly, while new multitouch gestures are introduced.

The official description of the beta version also confirms that the new operating system version supports more color palettes than before – users can choose one of 16 color palettes based on the current wallpaper, in addition to the system’s standard colors.

Samsung should give more details about One UI 5 during the Galaxy Unpacked Launch on August 10.
