HMD Global, a company that owns Nokia as its parent company, has introduced two of its smartphones, namely the Nokia X30 5G and Nokia G60 5G, as midrange smartpho0nes. There is also an entry-level phone, the Nokia C31, a touch tablet, and other related accessories that the manufacturer unveiled at the conference.

The model takes advantage of the 6.43-inch AMOLED and an FHD+ resolution. It boasts a maximum brightness of 700 nits and a maximum refresh rate of 90 Hz. We also discover a Corning Gorilla Victus glass on the front of the device to offer maximum protection.
Under the hood, all processes are run thanks to the Snapdragon 695 5G smoothly. There are also two configuration options, with the CPU backed by either 6 or 8 GB of RAM, depending on the configuration selected.
According to the manufacturer, a 4200 mAh battery with a 33 W charger would provide two days of autonomy. Two sensors are located on the back of the smartphone, which is covered by Corning Gorilla glass with DX+ to allow 98% of ambient light to flow through.
It provides a 50-megapixel primary sensor (1.0 m, f/1.8, 1/1.56″) that is assisted by artificial intelligence and outfitted with optical image stabilization. Additionally, the smartphone has a function called Capture Fusion that enables you to enhance the center of the picture with additional information.
This pair is completed with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor (f/2.4, 1/3.06″), which offers a 123° viewing angle. A 16-megapixel selfie sensor (1.0 mm, f/2.4, 1/3.06″) is concealed in the center punch on the front.
The model should be available in two colors, Cloud Blue or Ice White, and two RAM and storage capacity options (6 GB / 128 GB and 8 GB / 256 GB), the Nokia X30 5G will be on sale this Thursday, September 1st, starting at 529 euros.
Nokia G60 5G
The Nokia G60 5G, like the Nokia X30 5G, has an environmentally friendly design. It is run by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor that comes with Android 12 and has 4 GB of RAM. A 6.58-inch FHD+ screen with a remarkable maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz is available. It has Corning Gorilla 5 glass protection and full light brightness of 500 nits.
The Nokia 20 W “rapid” charger, which is not included with the smartphone, is compatible with its 4500 mAh battery. The IP52 certification for the Nokia G60 5G protects it against water and dust stains.
The Nokia G60 5G has an 8-megapixel selfie sensor (0.64 m, f/2.0, 1/4″) in the teardrop-shaped punch on the front of the smartphone. For more explicit selfies, it benefits from AI SuperPortrait technology. Three sensors are available on the device’s rear, vertically arranged.
Thus, we discover a 50-megapixel primary sensor (0.64 m, f/1.8, 1/2.67″), a 2-megapixel depth sensor (f/2.4, 1/5″), and a 5-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor (f/2.0, 1/5″). The Capture Fusion technology, which combines the pictures captured by the main sensor with the ultrawide to provide a more comprehensive output, compensates for a relatively low definition.
The Nokia G60 5G is available for 319 euros in two RAM and storage configurations—4 GB/64 GB and 4 GB/128 GB. It comes in Deep Black or Ice Gray.
