Huawei Mate 50 Pro Global is now in Europe a few weeks after it launched in China. The top range device will retail in Silver and Black colors, at €1,299 for the 8 / 256 GB version, while the leather Orange variant with 8/512 GB goes for €1,399.
The features of the Global version will be similar to that of the original version except for a few changes which include the satellite connection, the software will be EMUI 13 unlike the HarmonyOS 3.0 in China and lastly, it will only have LTE connectivity.
It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 and a 4,700 mAh battery which will support 66W charging and 50W wireless charging. It will have an OLED screen of 6.74″ LTPO 1.5K with, 120 Hz refresh rate.
One of the most important features is the camera system supported by XMAGE imaging and from NPU HISILICON: comprising of a triple module of 50 + 13 + 64 MP with wide angle, OIS, telephoto a periscope with digital zoom 200X of aperture variable.
The phone is available for pre-order in Europe from 30 October with shipments from 10 November at € 100 discount for €1,199 for the 8/256 GB variant and €1,399 for the 8/512 GB option.
Other accessories include the TWS headphones for free Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 at € 180 in both cases. There are no plans for global versions of the other models in the series i.e Mate 50 standard, 50E, and 50 RS.
