Gozem, the African super app with over 1 million downloads, operating in Togo, Benin, Gabon and Cameroon, is partnering with DT One to launch a new airtime recharge service allowing users to easily recharge their loved ones’ mobile airtime directly from the app’s integrated wallet.

The service will initially be available in Benin, with plans to expand to other countries.

“We’re proud to offer this new functionality to our Gozem community, furthering our mission to bring world-class services to French-speaking Africa.” said Jean-Martial Moulaud, Group Director at Gozem.

Gozem’s mission is to simplify and enhance its users’ lives through a comprehensive digital ecosystem, which already includes services such as ordering a taxi or motorbike ride, meals, shipping parcels, and home delivery of gas. The addition of the airtime recharge service furthers this goal.

Peter De Caluwe, CEO of DT One, stated, “This partnership allows us to bring fast, secure, and low-cost mobile top-up solutions to users across French-speaking Africa, promoting financial inclusion. Our partnership with Gozem aligns with our mission to connect users globally through airtime, data, utility payments, vouchers, and gift cards in over 160 countries worldwide.”

The Gozem application was launched with the aim of delivering top-notch services to the people of French-speaking Africa.

Gozem is Francophone Africa’s leading Super App. The app, available on Android and iOS, provides a suite of mobility, ecommerce, and financial services to consumers, drivers and retailers. Gozem currently operates in 14 cities across Togo, Benin, Gabon, and Cameroon with more than 800,000 registered users that have completed more than 12 million trips since their launch in November 2018.
