The Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) is calling upon stakeholders in the agricultural-tech sector to share their input on matters of agro-processing, food technologies, value addition and centres of excellency.
Via its official Twitter handle, the technopolis announced that it has put in place a provision for an Agricultural Tech Park within the Agricultural Research band.
The Agricultural Research band, “Delivers opportunities for Value Addition, Centers of Excellence, Smart Farming opportunities, and Agro-processing,” Konza Technopolis noted.
This project dubbed, “Seize the Smart Agriculture Advantage” is in line with United Nation’s (UN’s) Sustainable Development Goal number two, Zero Hunger.
Recently, the Konza Technopolis held a conference that highlighted ways of leveraging the creative economy.
