Now that the e Citizen GavaMkononi App has been released, you can use a mobile application to access the services on your phone. - To begin the installation, click the install button.
- Open the app and begin using it after installation.
To use the app, simply follow these steps.
- Open the app once it has been downloaded to your phone.
- You will be given the choice to log in or register at initial launch.
- Click “Register” to create an ecitizen account if you don’t already have one.
- Click “Login” if you already have an account.
- This will bring up a page requesting your login.
- As soon as you provide correct login credentials, you are taken back to the mobile app interface.
- You can now begin using the Gava mkononi application to access citizen services.
There is no need to register if you are already logged in to the ecitizen platform; you may just login. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so with this app before logging in to start using the services.
