Aligned to the Government’s vision on Universal Health Coverage (UHC), penetrating underserved communities across the country will see increased access to treatment, timely consultation and higher emphasis on a preventative and promotive approach focused on
nutrition and lifestyle management with timely treatment when needed. The Equity Afia Medical Centers have a 24/7 online and social media support system.

This makes it possible for patients and clients to interact with frontline healthcare workers in real time and make enquiries about the services offered. A dedicated phone number is also available for each medical center, the number is open for calls and enquiries all day.
Utilization of these online platforms in the different available ways will make it easier for Equity Afia to serve the communities that host the medical centers and receive real time feedback from its customers.
