The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) of Kenya has announced that the country will be hosting the 9th Network of African Data Protection Authorities (NADPA-RAPDP) Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference.
The event will be held in Nairobi from May 7th to 9th, 2024 at the Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club.
The NADPA-RAPDP is a platform for collaboration among African data protection authorities. The annual meeting serves as a key venue for member states to discuss and share best practices on data protection regulation and enforcement.
“We are delighted to host the NADPA-RAPDP AGM and Conference in Nairobi,” said the ODPC. “This event provides a valuable opportunity for African data protection authorities to come together, share experiences, and work towards strengthening data protection across the continent.”
