Yellow Card has won Gold in the Diamond category at the 2026 Money Awards, extending its winning streak at one of the global fintech industry’s major events as the stablecoin infrastructure provider accelerates its international expansion.
The award was presented on October 18 in Las Vegas during Money20/20 USA. It marks the company’s second consecutive recognition, following its Grand Prix victory in the Payments category in 2025.
“When we started the business almost ten years ago, we had big ambitions, but we couldn’t have imagined just how far this journey would take us,” said Chris Maurice, CEO and Co-Founder of Yellow Card.
Money20/20 describes the Diamond category as the programme’s highest honour, recognising the most transformative achievement in global fintech.
The latest recognition comes after a significant year for Yellow Card, which has expanded beyond its emerging markets operations into Latin America, Asia-Pacific and North America. The company was also named to Fortune’s inaugural Crypto Innovators list in June and secured $40 million in strategic funding.
Yellow Card has also strengthened its regulatory position through an anti-money laundering regulatory affiliation in Switzerland while expanding its product offering with the launch of Global Accounts.
The product allows businesses to open named US dollar, British pound and euro accounts and connect to local payment rails in more than 190 countries through a single application programming interface (API) or its Treasury Portal.
The expansion reflects Yellow Card’s broader ambition to position its stablecoin infrastructure as a financial services layer for businesses, banks and fintech companies seeking to manage treasury operations and move money across borders.
“You spend years with your head down, solving complex challenges and building technology that makes moving money across borders simpler,” said Justin Poiroux, CTO and Co-Founder of Yellow Card.
He added that seeing the company’s technology make a difference for businesses globally and receiving recognition for the second consecutive year was rewarding for the entire team.
Yellow Card supports more than 50 currencies and provides infrastructure that enables banks, fintechs and multinational businesses to access US dollars, manage treasury and facilitate cross-border payments. Its customers include Visa and Western Union.
The latest award reinforces the company’s growing international ambitions as competition intensifies among financial technology providers building stablecoin-based infrastructure for global payments and corporate treasury management.
