Before the end of the year, 10 more Galaxy phones, in addition to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, will get One UI 5, based on Android 13. some other Galaxy phones, including a surprise guest from the second and third series, will also receive the Android update in 2022.
Since Samsung’s Galaxy S22 series are already One UI 5 test subjects, it is evident that they will also be the first Samsung phones to run with the final Android 13 soon. On a few Galaxy S22 series devices, One UI 5.0 is presently available in beta 3, but a rumor from Sammobile claims that the final release is only around the horizon.
The Samsung fan page is interested in learning exclusively which Galaxy phones will later this year receive the final OneUI 5 and Android 13 updates. It is unclear if this information is accurate because Samsung has not yet made a formal statement regarding the thorough upgrade roadmap.
Naturally, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra will receive the final Android 13 update today, according to Sammobile, and the flagships from last year, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, are also among the selected devices. The Fan editions, notably the Galaxy S21 FE, are not explicitly specified as being included in the first update wave.
Later this year, Samsung’s 2022 and 2021 foldable, including the Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4, Galaxy Z Fold3, and Galaxy Z Flip3, will also receive the One UI 5.0 upgrade. The Galaxy, which is typically thought of as a midrange and receives Android updates later than other first update candidates, is a pleasant surprise among the first update hopefuls.
