South African free site builder, Yola has launched its first Yola Website Buildathon Contest in a move to encourage people of all ages and tech skills to build professional website s and quickly and easily and win prizes along the way.“Everyday we see websites published on the Yola platform that show true promise,” said Trevor Harries-Jones, CEO of Yola in a blog post. “The Yola Buildathon contest will give people the opportunity to showcase their customized websites and be a part of what makes Yola great.”
The firm has also launched an eBook: Get Started Building Your Website to help contestants plan and design their websites using Yola’s free tools. The site builder will also publish a series of 5-Minute Website Fixes on its blog to help builders fix any bugs if present.
