Nokia Partners With Rocket Internet to Launch Hellofood/foodpanda App On Nokia Asha, Lumia & X Family of Devices

At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona today, Nokia said it has partnered with Rocket Internet’s to make the global food delivery app foodpanda/hellofood available on the Nokia Asha, Lumia and X family of devices to make food ordering and delivery awesome.

The foodpanda/hellofood are expected to deliver a convenient way to view menus and order food with major restaurant franchises around the world.

Bryan Biniak, VP and GM of developer experience, Nokia said, “We’re getting hungry already as we look forward to working with foodpanda/hellofood to expand the reach of their app in growth markets.”

With over 22,000 restaurants as partners globally, foodpanda/hellofood provide an online and mobile technology platform to power restaurants food ordering and delivery to increase sales complete with analytics. foodpanda users visit the app, choose their favorite meals online and the restaurant owner processes the meal for delivery by foodpand.
