Rocket Internet’s car classifieds site Carmudi has announced today that it has listed over 20,000 cars on its Nigerian site on its move towards becoming the top site in emerging markets, even though it is behind its mani competitor, Cheki.
The site also said it has reached 10,000 listings just 2 months ago in March, a rapid growth that comes as a response to the high demand in Nigeria, and across the continent, for cars onlne.
Carmudi says its making it easier for consumers to find high-quality vehicles online at reasonable prices, with a user-friendly and transparent site.
