Airtel boss Adil El Youssefi has hinted on a better service provision to its customers by focusing on innovations as well as new products that will cater for specific needs of customers.

With its new partnership with Equity, the bank looks to satisfy its subscribers on a better platform saying Airtel Money Visa will allow their customers to carry out transactions using the more than 20,000 visa outlets worldwide.

By providing more choices on its services, the telco hopes to achieve satisfaction to a vast subscriber base which will be enhanced by collaborating with other firms. Data services will be priority in the upgrade since subscribers today have turned to internet services more than voice calls.

Airtel will as well have an advantage on its mobile money platform having partnered with Equity which is offering lower transaction fees compared to the current charges in the market yet giving the customer a variety of options in the sector.
