Once you schedule a pick-up, their pick-up agent would arrive within 30 minutes to pick-up your item! The delivery cost is calculated on the basis of exact weight or value of the item and the destination of the item. At the time of pick-up their authorized representative will inspect the item and verify it with the information in your pick-up request. They may refuse to accept an already packed item. If the item is confidential their representative will ensure that the method of inspection is acceptable to you.
Their representative may also refuse to pick-up an item if it is not on the list of items mentioned by you while scheduling the pick-up request or if it belongs to the list of items which are unlawful or prohibited by Pickparcel.co.ke or if it exceeds the weight/dimension constraints as mentioned on the website.
Furthermore, once a pick-up is scheduled you cannot change the pick-up address. To change the pick-up address, you would have to cancel the trip.
