If you live in Lagos without a car, you must have gone through that stress of not being able to find your way to your destination. Sometimes, you ask questions from people around, but it ends up worsening the situation.
Bustops.ng wants to help you find your way around Lagos!
Founded in 2017 by Zenith Wogwugwu, the startup maps out routes in Lagos to enable everyday Lagosians without cars or the money to pay for ride hailing services understand the route to their next destination and connect with the right commercial vehicles heading that way.
This it hopes to achieve using directions, maps, instant chat and Twitter.
Through the platform, it’ll make available detailed step-by-step directions from your current location to your destination, using the local available means of transport.
With interactive maps, you can view your trip from your current location to your destination.
For instant chats, it promises to use the most popular chat apps users already use to connect, to enable them request directions on the go.
The startup also hopes to leverage the opportunity social media has opened by using its twitter handle to provide users with directions and updates from the Twitter community.
This is great for Lagos residents. It would take off the stress that comes with trying to get around the stressful city, and help get to people where they need to be in good time.
