Social media as a hustle is the in thing right now.

However, it requires a lot of consistency, time and effort as it’s not as easy as it seems. Did you know that there are people who actually make a living on YouTube? You can actually monetize your videos as long as you have a strong subscriber base and of course good videos. Here are the things you need to do to get there.

      1. Build your YouTube channel

The first thing you need to do is create a channel this is where you will be posting your videos. If you already have an account make sure you use keywords to help people find you, make sure your keywords are relevant to your content. Keep your username short and easy to remember or the same as your other social media account usernames if you’re already known elsewhere. You can also change your username if you feel you need a change. Keep in mind, you can only change your user name 3 times at maximum before you have to wait 90 days to change it again.
