LG G9 2020 leaks reveal an upgrade of the G8 smartphone. The device has an upgraded camera housing up to four camera sensors.
According to cashakaro, one of the prolific leakers reveals that the phone looks the same way s the Samsung Galaxy S10.
LG G9 Features
As revealed in the renders, the device will feature a near-zero measurement bezel. The display will measure between 6.7inch and 6.9-inch along with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Additionally. the device has a speaker, USB-type C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which makes LG one of the last major manufacturers to provide a 3.5mm port on their flagship. The device will measure roughly around 169.4 x 77.6 x 8.8mm or 9.4mm including rear camera bump.
The smartphone will be featuring a quad-camera setup and dual flash on its rear panel. Similar to that one of the G8 X. It has a centre-aligned punch-hole selfie camera that sits on the front of the device.
The LG G9’S predecessor G8 has a 3,500mAh battery. The G8X Thinq’s battery was boosted to 4000 mAh. The two devices are slight of a lower class than the G9. Predictably, its battery might be 4500mAh or higher.
So far there aren’t really any rumours about the LG G9 specifically, but there are some LG patents that could point to features.
According to Techradar, there are a number of LG patents pointing out on the features. The first reveals an LG phone with no physical buttons and secondly an LG phone with a camera ring around it.
Ordinarily, a buttonless device improves the look and allows for a slimmer handset. uniquely, the buttonless device as well can efficiently free up space.
The design in this patent also shows a quad-lens camera, which would be a first for LG. The availability of a camera ring around it which could be a zoom lens.
There is a high probability that the phone will be launched during the Mobile Week (MWC) 2020 following the release of the LG G8 the same period in 2019.
LG G9 Pricing
LG could price the G9 the same as the G8 OR slightly higher considering the devices have a small difference margin. On Launch, the LG G8 launched for $819 around £640 and AU$1,200.
