To cancel your Showmax subscription on both web and mobile, follow the instructions below.
Canceling a Showmax Subscription on a Mobile Device
- Log in to your app profile.
- Tap on the hamburger icon in the bottom right corner of the homepage.
- Select “My Account” from the settings menu.
- Select “Manage Subscription.”
- Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription.”
Cancel Showmax Subscription Through the Web
- Go to your profile and sign in.
- In the top right corner of the homepage, click on your profile name.
- Next, select “My account.”
- Select “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Cancel Subscription.”
