A mobile phone user in Kenya can identify any mobile phone numbers registered by their ID number by dialing USSD Code *106# on any mobile line.

With Safaricom, the message with the numbers associated with your ID will appear immediately. Airtel requires you to enter your ID or passport number and then wait for a confirmation message.
