Emirates has launched a global recruitment campaign to hire 3,000 cabin crew and 500 airport services employees for its Dubai hub over the next six months. The recruitment campaign is intended to support the company’s planned expansion operations.

The newly announced job openings are for Dubai-based positions as well as front-line customer-facing positions. The airline has gradually restored its network operations in line with the global relaxation of travel restrictions. Emirates has recalled pilots, cabin crew, and other operational employees laid off last year when the pandemic forced a drastic reduction in flights.
The airline currently flies to over 120 cities, accounting for 90% of its pre-pandemic network, and it plans to restore 70% of its capacity by the end of the year. This includes reintroducing more of its iconic A380 aircraft into service.
Due to its strong leadership and public-private sector collaboration, Dubai has also led the world to respond to the pandemic. Because of the UAE’s rapid vaccination roll-out and clear pandemic protocols, Dubai has been able to re-open to international tourism and business activities quickly and safely since July 2020.
