- You’ll need at least 1,000 subscribers to live stream on mobile. You may have to wait until you have 1,000 subscribers before you can access mobile live streaming.
- There have been no live streaming restrictions on your channel in the last 90 days.

Create and schedule a mobile live stream.
- Open the YouTube app on your phone or tablet.
- Tap Create “at the bottom, followed by Go live.
For your first mobile live stream, follow these steps: It may take up to 24 hours to launch your first live stream. Once enabled, you can start live streaming right away.
- To create a live stream, follow the steps below.
- The default mobile live stream privacy setting on YouTube for users aged 13-17 is unlisted. If you’re over the age of 18, your mobile live stream privacy setting is set to public. This setting allows all users to make their live stream public, private, or unlisted.
- Tap More options to schedule something for later.
- Tap More options and then Show more to configure live chat, age restriction, monetization, and other features. Then press the Next button.
- Tap Create channel, then Share screen to stream your phone’s screen.
- Tap the Go live button.
- Tap Finish to end your stream. On your channel, an archive of the stream will be created. At any time, you can change the privacy settings or delete the archive.
Start a scheduled mobile live stream

- Tap “” and then “” to go live.
- Tap Calendar, then choose your live stream.

Using iOS ReplayKit, you can live stream an app.
You can stream directly to YouTube when using a supported app such as Procreate, Asphalt 8: Airborne, or Mobile Legends: Bang bang. To begin streaming:
- Launch the app that you want to stream.
- Open the Live Streaming Menu and select YouTube.
- Set up your stream by following the steps.
- Tap the Go Live button.
To live stream using ReplayKit, you must have an iOS 10.2+ device.
