Oppo smartphones are still receiving ColorOS 12 in intervals which varies from one model to another and the region. At the moment, the Oppo Reno 5 and Reno 6 are in line to witness the novelties that come with ColorOS 12.
Android 12 is slowly but steadily infiltrating a growing number of devices. For example, yesterday, the Galaxy S10 devices received the right-to-table version of Google’s latest OS, also dubbed OneUI 4. ColorOS 12, based on Android 12, is now accessible on four more devices, speeding up the process.
The models that have been considered currently for the upgrade include:

Here Locally seems like we will have to wait a little more. According to XDA Developers, the manufacturer would first consider Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, India, Vietnam, and Pakistan.
