On 23 April 2022,CS Prof. George Magoha released The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education(KCSE) at the KNEC headquarters on Dennis Pritt Road, Kilimani, Nairobi.
The total of candidates who sat for the exam were 831,015.The exams were done in 10,413 centres.The number of students who scored A plain were 1,138 A- were 5,973,B+ were 13,463,B were 25,045,B- were 39,683,C+ were 59,843,C were 81,345,C- were 99,406,D+ were 116,355,D were 145,916
How to check KCSE 2021/2022 exam results.
- SMS your Index Number to 20076 from your mobile phone (Safaricom, Airtel & Equitel). This might take time as the system might be clogged.
The SMS costs KES 25 each, so you should ensure that you have sufficient airtime before sending the message.
Students are also advised not to have spacing between the index number and the initials KCSE.
