Oppo Reno 7 4G

A few months after the Oppo Reno 6 5G  was launched in the country back in September of the previous year. It’s time to pay our attention to Oppo’s latest mid-ranger, the Oppo Reno 7 4G, released on April 25th, 2022. The Oppo Reno 7 series is now available on our local markets in two versions(4G and 5G). Both versions have comparable functionality, but it is the 4G version that is on our table for Unboxing.

In the Package:

Oppo’s Reno 7 4G package is genuinely stunning. The box’s dark textured feel is quite relaxing to the touch. Anyway, when you open the package, you’ll find the following items inside:

  • Quick Start Guide
  • 33W SuperVOOC 2.0 Charger
  •  USB Cable Type-C
  •  protective case
  • SIM Card Tool
  •  Product Information
  • Warranty Card
  • Oppo Reno 7 5G smartphone

First Impressions of the Oppo Reno 7 4G

When it comes to the Reno line of smartphones, it is pretty clear that design and aesthetics are the valid values of this type of smartphone segment from Oppo. To stress out its objectives, The Oppo Reno 7 4G, like its smaller sibling, the Reno 6 5G, tries to follow in the same footsteps.

The model fresh out of the box has a striking design and several long-awaited quality-of-life features. Despite these improvements over past generations, residual concessions hold it back from fierce competition such as Xiaomi, Samsung, and Huawei.

Its inner mechanics comprise the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC backed by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 4,500mAh battery is also included, which can be charged with a 33W fast charger. There’s a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display on the front with a 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels.

It still adopts the same 64-megapixel primary sensor as the last generation model and a 2-megapixel micro sensor plus a 2-megapixel depth. The phone also has a 32-megapixel selfie sensor for selfies and video calls. Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, and USB Type-C are among the connectivity choices.

Stay updated with us here at Techmoran.com for our complete review in the coming days to get core details. The Oppo Reno 7 4G is available in Cosmic Black and Sunset Orange for Ksh. 42,999. Since its official introduction, pre-orders have been taking place, and sales will begin on May 5th. They can be found at Oppo retail outlets across the country and Jumia, Kilimall, and SkyGarden.
