Samsung introduces a laptop with a QHD 240 Hz OLED display

Samsung has proved its expertise in display with a gamer PC screen with insane performance and folding screens. The Manufacturer has exhibited many screen technologies [Source: Sammobile] that will be delivered in the future months and years during the Display Week 2022, which is now taking place.

One of the highlights is a 15-inch OLED display for a gaming laptop. It has a QHD resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate. Support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision standards should be included with these high-end features. And, since we’re dealing with OLED, we may expect a very fast reaction time.

The Razer Blade 15, which is due in the fourth quarter of 2022, will be one of the variants that include this amazing screen. A 12th generation Intel CPU and an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti graphics card will also be included in this computer. However, the payment for these services would be hefty, with a price tag of $ 3,500 expected.

There is also a  foldable screen that can be combined into a gaming controller, plus various gadgets prototypes with foldable screens. Xiaomi hinted at such a device in 2019, but it was yet to be confirmed. On the other hand, the Flex S OLED is a prototype gadget with an inside and outward bending screen.

Two prototypes of roll-up screens invited each other to the party. The first, measuring 6.7 inches by 6.7 inches, unfolds vertically from bottom to top, a unique feature among the various suggestions we’ve seen thus far in this section. The second takes place horizontally, a design that we’ve seen before, for example, on OPPO phones. When completely unfurled, the screen is 8.1 inches wide by 12.4 inches long.
