How do I get rid of my TikTok account?
To close or delete a TikTok account, follow these steps:
- Launch the TikTok app.
- In the bottom right, select Profile.
- Tap the three-line icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Settings and Privacy.
- Tap Account Management > Delete Account.
To delete your account, follow the instructions in the app.
TikTok provides a 30-day grace period before permanently deleting your account; if you change your mind, you can still recover your account by logging in.
